This is a book that I am going to buy and I am going to use! In looking through it, I have already seen so many things I eat frequently that I could easily replace with something just as flavorful yet better for me. Summer is coming, and that means we can’t be hiding ourselves under big comfy sweaters much anymore, much to my chagrin. Unjunk Your Junk Food shows you the nutritional facts and ingredients list for each item and compares the two in an easy to read visual manner. It covers absolutely everything from popcorn to candy to soda. This is a perfect book for someone like me, who has trouble putting down the snack food. One of the things I truly love about it, and know will be useful to some of my friends, is that it shows the artificial ingredients in the items. Many people are allergic to artificial sweeteners, or simply want to avoid them. This book is all around fantastic. I could go on and on!
