My food hero, Mark Bittman, has done it again! Greens! I’ve learned at the table of one my neighbors around greens, but her table-side wisdom goes right out of my head the minute I’m alone. I learn best by seeing, specifically reading!
This is NOT an exclusively vegetarian cookbook but is easily transformed into one by dropping any of the meat ingredients (shrimp, hamburgers, etc) and substituting with your own favorites (tofu, tempeh, etc). What gets me most excited about this book is the recipe for Lasagne with Endive and Radicchio! Drooling!
